At ImoGem, every crystal is carefully hand-selected, quality checked, and securely packaged before being dispatched. As each crystal is unique, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless an item has been damaged during transit.

Due to the unique nature of our crystals, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

💎 Personal preference after purchase

💎 Incorrect purchases made by the customer

Please ensure you are happy with your selection before placing your order.

🚚 Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide:

The internal packaging

The outer packaging, including the shipping label

This information allows us to make a claim with the courier where necessary.

Once we have reviewed the information provided, we will assess the damage and, where appropriate, offer one of the following:
